ARU Chicago is a 5 studio, full service audio post production facility with 20 years of renowned service to the Chicago advertising and entertainment community. ARU is located in the clock tower of the historic Wrigley Building, a gem of the famous Magnificent Mile. The studios boast beautiful views of Lake Michigan and the heart of downtown Chicago. We feature ProTools HD, Nuendo and Fairlight Constellation Digital Audio Workstations. |

Our microphone stock consists of Neumann U-87’s, U-89’s, AKG 414 EB’s, Rode NT-2 Sony C-48’s, Shure SM57 and Sennheiser 416’s and MD-46. All rooms are equipped with Soundminer audio file management system for Digital Audio workstation networks with access to our sound effects library which contains over 200,000 effects. ARU maintains the biggest and baddest stock music library in the Midwest. We represent all major music libraries and both national and local indie labels. All music is on line and available to all studios through our 12 terabyte mSoft Digital Asset Management system. We have Source Connect along with APT, Telos Zephyr and Extreme ISDN technologies. We have a T-1, used for Data only and 2 secured FTP sites. |
